The Conference started on Monday. It was almost like being at work, at least that is how I felt when it came to all the food. They fed us breakfast and lunch. Then, there was also always kind of treat set out between classes.

I learned a ton of new things all week long and I can't wait to implement them at work.
Monday night, we decided to go try PappaDeaux again. This time, we were immediately seated. It is a seafood restaurant, which I don't like at all, but the chicken was really good and our waiter was probably the best we had all week.
