I realized I was spending about 3 HOURS A DAY(!) on the computer checking email, facebook, blogs and pinterest so I cut it out! Immediately the stress went away and sometimes still on Fridays I catch up on everything, but I've cut my facebook time down to just checking once a day and I don't touch the computer on the weekends at all if I can help it.
